All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received and authorized before an order is processed.

4. Preorders & Production

Certain products may be offered as preorders. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production and fulfillment timelines.

Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, supply chain, shipping, or other unforeseen delays.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines begin after production is completed. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Dual Threat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery to request assistance.

7. 180-Day Delivery Guarantee

If an order has not been delivered within 180 days of the purchase date, and the delay is not the result of incorrect information provided by the customer, Dual Threat may provide a replacement product or a refund at our discretion following verification of shipment status.
